My top 25 sad songs

Top 25 Sad Songs

If, like me, you too have a weakness for sad songs, then you’re on the right page! I don’t need to be in a sad mood or even period, but for some reason I never can resist a good sad song. I mean, the low beat, the incomparable lyric, there aren’t songs that I relate to more than sad songs. It may be the fact that they are the most personal, but whenever I get a new phone, the “Sad” playlist is the first one to be created!

Over the years, I got hold of a significant collection of sad songs for the simple reason that I need new tunes to relate to as I get older. Most of them are broken-hearted love songs because, let’s be honest, that’s when we need them the most.

Having a various music taste, you will find that the songs in this chart are different genres and age, because I believe we need different types of artist to communicate with us the same way we need different opinions from our friends and family. You can’t get everything from one person, so why expect to get everything from only one type of music when all of them share the same purpose?
